Property Description
One of the most stunning views in all of Dillon. You are on top of the world in Anchorage 43. It is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath located on Lake Dillon with mountain and lake views. Sleeps 8. A top floor unit decorated in mountain and lake style. Living area has leather furniture, floor to ceiling windows, wood burning fireplace and large flatscreen. Free Wifi and Roku. Fully-equipped kitchen has lots of counter space. Espresso, Keurig and regular coffee makers for everyone to enjoy. It's easy to gather round the large dining table that seats 8. Additional breakfast or game table seats 4 and is located next to the built-in drinks bar with wine/beer fridge and barware. Standing work desk in loft with views. Spacious Entry with boot bench and clothing rack. Large south facing deck has table for 4 and additional 4 chairs. The deck can be used year-round. Full-size washer and dryer in unit for your convenience. A security camera views the entry.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.

The Anchorage is a beautiful complex right on the water with well maintained grounds. Big lawn for play in winter or summer.
Parking
2 Parking Permits are provided in the unit. The unit has 2 unassigned surface parking spots in the lot next to the building.
Location - On Lake Dillon.
In the winter it's just 5 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland and 20 minutes to Breckenridge. Just 30 minutes to Vail. Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, the Coffee Lab, REI, snowsport rental, sporting goods, restaurants, brewpubs, cinema, bowling, nightlife. Less than 5 minutes to the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon and the new lake ice and hockey rink.
In the summer take an easy flat walk along the shore or footpath to the Dillon Marina, Tiki Bar and the new $8 million Dillon Amphitheater. On the Summit County Rec/Bike path that goes all around the lake and to every town and resort. A wonderful central location.

Dillon has the new Lake Loops for cross-country skiing on the flat Lake Dillon and a new ice skating and hockey rink on the lake.
Summer: Hiking forest trails, walking or cycling over 55 miles of Rec Path, mountain climbing, mountain biking, lakefront exploration, fishing, kayaking, stand up paddle-boarding, wildlife, wildflower and bird watching, photography, star gazing, scenic drives, 4-wheel driving, picnic spots, parks, outdoor art walks, golfing 5 courses, outdoor markets, outdoor amphitheater, historic sites and just enjoying the mountain and lake views.

The view is magnificent and location right on the path for running and biking. We walked to the amphitheater for a concert and activities. The unit has a great deck, clean, stocked, comfortable beds, lots of towels and has multiple desks - we worked from there. Management company was great. Easy check in and out. Easy parking. Central location close to Silverthorn, only 10 minutes to Keystone and 20 minutes to Breckenridge. We plan on staying here again.

The view is magical and the perfect place for our large family. There are lots of towels, comfortable beds, easy parking and check in, clean, stocked with necessities, nice kitchen and huge deck. We had a wonderful vacation and would book there again.

Everything about our stay here was exactly as advertised! It has stunning views and plenty of space. The management team was super helpful and easy to work with!

Let's call this review "The Good, The Bad & The Ugly."The Good: the Location, the View, the 4 Beds & 4 Baths, the wood burning fireplace, the communication with management and the easy Check-in and Check-out.The Bad: the severely stained carpet, the broken blinds, the spiral staircase, and the weak Wifi.The Ugly: the stinking shoes and the missing blinds. I wrote a much more detailed review but the system wouldn't allow its length.
