Everything went smooth except the listing did not state it was a 2 story and all bedrooms upstairs. Recovering from an ankle surgery this was extremely difficult for me. Also, boat parking was pretty sparse in the neighborhood. We had to park truck and boat separate a few times. Otherwise everything was absolutely great! I would definitely stay here again!

Just as pictured. Plenty of room for our 7 adults. Quick drive to launch ramp and convenient location.
