Sunset pink and the blush of a good rosé match perfectly! Toast to a great vacation in this brand-new cottage featuring inviting cream-and-white interiors accented by splashes of pastel pink for a coastal-chic vibe! Part of a cluster of cottages that grant access to all the amenities at Cinnamon Shore, Rosé All Day offers gorgeous downstairs living along with two bedrooms plus hallway bunks with privacy curtains. Bevelo copper lanterns flank the front porch door to welcome you, while inside every detail creates a vacation haven for family living.

AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and a playscape. Sandy Paws Dog Park offers a destination for dog walkers. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

MAIN LIVING: Nine clerestory windows allow coastal sunshine to stream into the show-stopping stairwell, a focal point of the first-floor main living space. In the comfortable den, luxe seating on sectional sofa and chairs gathers before a wall-mounted TV. The gourmet, eat-in kitchen features a dining table for 8 and high-end appliances, including the eye-catching Big Chill, retro-style refrigerator in pastel pink, which adds a nostalgic accent amid clean, all-white cabinetry. A convenient, full bathroom on the first floor features a sunburst frame on the mirror and a walk-in shower with pink-and-white tile flooring. It adds convenience for downstairs living and additional guests.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Upstairs, the primary king suite features a bedframe made of thick, natural-stained wicker. Soaring, sloped ceiling make the room feel spacious, and shiplap paneling looks custom. The suite opens to a balcony, and its bathroom offers a luxe, soaking tub. A second upstairs bedroom offers a queen bed topped by twin bunk, along with private bath and balcony access. Two twin bunks in the hallway have thick curtains that guests can draw closed at bedtime.

GREAT FEATURES: In addition to all the pools, parks, lakes and more at Cinnamon Shore, this home offers a bocce ball court shared with the other cottages in this group. Keep up with laundry during your stay using the stackable washer/dryer on the home’s first floor. Rinse sand off your feet in the convenient outdoor shower before you head indoors. You’ll love the dedicated parking, and because the home is built to Energy Star standards, it feels cool and comfortable even in the Texas heat.
