* NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
* NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
* Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
* Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
* House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
* You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
* Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.

We truly loved our stay. Our host was very responsive and answered any questions I had leading up to the trip and arrival. Check in and out was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. I don't think I could have a picked a better spot. We will definitely look at booking the next time we are heading to Myrtle Beach! 10/10 RECOMMEND!

We had a great time and beautiful view while staying in this condo! The only issue we had was the air conditioner in the bedroom did not work and we were not able to get it fixed during our stay. Luckily, it wasn't super hot and we carried a fan. I would definitely stay again for the beautiful view of the beach and the view out the windows at night.

The check in process was very easy, no issues with our stay and place was very clean! Would recommend this condo to any couple or small family :)

The room definitely did not look like the pictures that were posted online (room looked a lot older)My children complained about how uncomfortable the beds were, and the sofa bed was really hard. We had to go out and buy extra blankets because there were none in the closets to accommodate my family of 5.Bathroom sink leaked underneath, and water went down extremely slow.Water covered half the balcony from the AC unit running.On our second day, the code to access our building was changed and we were not notified. We stood outside until someone came out and told us the new code. Would ask for a partial refund if it’s possible for the inconveniences my family and I experienced during our stay.
