Set at the very end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this cottage offers a rare blend of privacy, safety, and serenity, while still being just minutes from downtown York Harbor and Long Sands Beach. Whether you’re planning a romantic weekend or a relaxed family vacation, this home provides the perfect balance of peaceful retreat and coastal convenience.
Inside, you’ll find all the comforts of home—a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, W/D, and thoughtful touches throughout—making it easy to settle in and truly unwind. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, fire up the grill, s'mores by the fire pit, or relax on the sunny deck overlooking the large backyard.
The outdoor space is a favorite for both couples and families. Enjoy a spacious, grassy yard with a sand pit and beach toys for kids, or simply soak in the quiet surroundings with a glass of wine as the sun goes down. The house and yard were quiet and beautiful! Close walk to the beach with perfect weather and accommodations. We would definitely stay again!

The property was just as described. There’s a large backyard with a new deck. We brought our two dogs and they had the best time running around. It’s quiet because it’s at the end of a cul de sac. If there’s children in your party, they would have plenty of room to play. Inside the house, there’s plenty of space to move around in. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need. All in all, we would stay here again!
