You will fall in love with this charming, completely remodeled Northern Michigan getaway. This dream cottage is just steps from Crooked Lake, directly adjacent to the Petoskey–Mackinaw Bike Path, and less than 10 minutes from local ski resorts—making it perfect for skiers, anglers, cyclists, and outdoor enthusiasts alike.

Thoughtfully renovated from top to bottom with no expense spared, this mid-century home offers a truly luxurious and relaxing escape from the everyday grind—without sacrificing comfort or style. Enjoy the splendor of Northern Michigan in a setting that blends cottage-chic charm with modern amenities.

One of the home’s unique highlights is its natural artesian well, providing crisp, delicious water straight from the tap. The invigorating showers are an experience all their own. Wildlife sightings are common, with deer, turkeys, and plenty of bunnies regularly visiting the property, adding to the peaceful, magical atmosphere.
