Positives:* Place was in great shape* Very modern house with everything one might need* Host was communicative* TVs in pretty much every room* Located near attractions, food, shopping, downtown* Plenty of parkingNegatives:* Found an active camera in the living room! Host explained it was to watch their pets. If true, seems reasonable, but it's against Vrbo's policies. Is it the only camera? We have no idea.* Lack of carpeting meant sound bounced everywhere. You could practically whisper to somebody in another room and they'd hear you.

Great location. Interior of home was very clean and updated. Only comment is that the listing gives the impression that the backyard is completely enclosed; it’s not- one side is not fenced. Could be an issue for some pets. We would stay here again.

Home very clean, in a quiet neighborhood.Home has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Location is perfect In between Writesville Beach and downtown Wilmington
