Plenty of room for it all! This listing is for the downstairs unit. Private entrance with a key code entry. Making first floor level access super easy. Only stairs are down by docks. You have full access to yard, docks, and drive way! Basketball hoop in the drive way. Grill out back! Kayaks and SUP’s available for use. Fully stocked with all the amenities! Come enjoy the river life

Beautiful property and great host. So relaxing staying by the river and being able to walk downtown.

We stayed for a hockey tournament at hertz arena but found an awesome vacation house at the same. In between games all the kids wanted to do was come back to the house and play outside and on the dock. The screened in lanai is incredible and where the adults hung out most of the time. The kids caught lots of really cool fish too. We would definitely come back.
