A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
This deceptively large, detached country house is located in peaceful open countryside on an Asphalt country lane in a quiet rural setting. The popular beach resorts of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vincente along with the old town of Pollensa and Pollensas Golf course are all just a few minutes’ drive away.
Villa Palmera is a 6-bedroom property just 2 km. away from Puerto Pollensa, set on two levels. When entering the property, there is a lounge with comfortable sofas. To the right there is a well-equipped kitchen including oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. This level of the house also includes a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and two twins that share a bathroom.
Upstairs there is another room with kitchen facilities (with oven, hob, microwave and dining facilities), a dining room a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a further twin and double bedrooms that share a bath.
All bedrooms have air conditioning units. For environmental and energy savings, this villa has timed air conditioning to ensure you have air conditioning during the middle of the day and throughout the night.
Outside there is a fantastic brick-built barbeque, both covered and open terraces, alfresco dining facilities, sun loungers, garden furniture, an enclosed garden, and a huge pool of 72 square metres with roman steps and pool side shower.
All in all, villa Palmera is a great choice for big families or large groups, with the facilities of Puerto Pollensa, Pollensa and Cala San Vicente a very short drive away.
