This beautiful villa is located in the southwest of Elba Island, in the picturesque setting of the Stella Gulf in Capoliveri. A perfect location for those who want to experience peace and relaxation surrounded by nature, without sacrificing the convenience of proximity to the town.

The villa is distinguished by its large sun terrace, perfect for enjoying breathtaking sea views and unforgettable moments of relaxation. The access to the gentle rocks, through a convenient private descent, makes this place unique for those who love the sea: you can swim and sunbathe in total tranquility, far from the chaos of crowded beaches.

Inside, the dwelling offers spacious and comfortable rooms. On the main floor you will find a large living room with kitchenette, ideal for dinners with friends, two double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. On the upper floor, a third double bedroom with a small private bathroom gives more privacy, making the villa also perfect for groups or large families.

To further enhance guests' comfort, updates to the interior furnishings are planned: the living room sofa and table will be replaced with new, stylish and functional furniture to make the experience even more enjoyable.

An enchanting retreat for lovers of the sea, tranquility and nature.
IMPORTANT: Dogs are allowed on the property but only one dog is allowed per stay and you cannot bring your dog down on the rocks.

An extra sofa bed will be added for two extra places, only for children under the age of 10.

So it is possible to rent the house for up to 6 adults or for two families for a total of 4 adults and 4 children under the age of 10.
