I have been in the vacation rental business in Mesquite for 16 years. I own two other 4 bedroom vacation homes in Mesquite, and I purchased this home recently.
13 years ago I considered buying this home when it was built. I fell in love with it, but didn't pull the trigger at that time. Thankfully I got my second chance and I'm in love with it again. For the traveler that wants the best lodging experience Mesquite can offer, I am confident you will love it too.
The home is less than a two minute walk to Scotty's Bar and Grill and the Falcon Ridge Golf Course.
RENTAL RULES: No Smoking, No Pets. No large house parties, events or family reunions with a limit 12 of people.
