We all had a wonderful stay at the Troy House! Linda was so informative and kind she helped provide all of the details we needed for our stay! We selected the Troy House for its proximity to a dirt-bike camp in Winchester NH that my son and his two friends were attending for the week. Not only was the house perfectly stocked beds were extremely comfortable. The entire home was very clean and cozy for when we got home from a long day at camp.Linda was there to greet us at check in and she had all of the beds made up and ready as well as clear instructions on how to conduct checkout. We all agreed it was a 10 out of 10 and recommend it to anyone thinking of booking.

Very clean, well equipped and thoughtfuly supplied. An extra bonus were the great assortment of books, games, movies, and puzzles available. A great deal of experience and generosity went into choices made, and it was much appreciated.

Linda met us and was thorough in explaining where everything is in this very well stocked house. Home was clean and tidy. There were ants in the kitchen, though, and other bugs in the bedrooms that we had to constantly deal with. Home owner was aware of the ants and had ant traps sitting out, but would probably benefit from a professional exterminator.
The house doesn't have central air so each of the three upstairs bedrooms has a window unit.
The house really only has three bedrooms despite the listing. The other sleeping area is a pull-out bed or a bunk bed in an unfinished basement.
