Whether traveling for work or play – we have you covered! Enjoy restaurants and nightlife in downtown Chattanooga (only a 7-minute drive). This home is centrally located within minutes of all your outdoor adventures, sightseeing, and city activities! Less than 2 miles from Chattanooga Riverfront and 5 miles from Ruby Falls. Whether you are coming here to explore the city, on a business trip (9.8 miles from the airport), visit universities, or coming to enjoy all the area attractions, this home is conveniently located to each place. The home is within walking distance (0.2 miles) to Stringer’s Ridge Park; trailhead to hiking, biking, and running trails. Also, conveniently located on the block is a children’s play park with slides, climbing areas, and a tire swing. The entire home is for your private use with an easy self-check-in process to accommodate various arrival times. There is a private entrance with your own access code that will function between your check-in and check-out times.
Relax on the private back porch with a country serenity feel with large oak trees. Enjoy a restful evening in the brand-new private hot tub just off the patio with a fire pit. Roast marshmallows or just enjoy conversation with your entire party while lounging on the new Adirondack chairs. Patio furniture and charcoal grill are also available to spice up mealtime! Enjoy access to a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker as well as dishes and utensils to make cooking meals a breeze! Attached to the kitchen is a closet with a washer/dryer for you to use throughout your stay. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Enjoy a restful night’s sleep in a super comfortable queen-sized bed in the master bedroom with an attached bathroom for extra privacy. The master bedroom has an additional door that leads to the backyard of the house (the only way to access the backyard from within the home). The three other bedrooms (queen, queen, and 2 twins) are off the hallway and share a bathroom. The living room features an open concept with a large sectional reclining sofa with plenty of room for your group. In addition, is a sleeper sofa. In the living room is also a large flat-screen TV and Chattanooga’s award-winning high-speed internet. Work in comfort with the fastest fiber-optic internet service. There is no additional charge for this service. This 4 bedroom / 2 bath home is advantageous for a variety of travelers including families with children who desire the perfect place to relax in the heart of Chattanooga.

We had a great stay at Bungalow Charmer. The location of the property was good, about 8-10 minutes from just about anywhere in downtown. The house was had everything we needed for the long weekend stay. Check in was easy and the management team was very responsive. The only negative was the beds were very hard. With that said, we would certainly stay here again!

The property was just as advertised. We were surprised upon arrival that there was no check in information regarding WiFi or info on the hot tub. After some trouble I got a real person on the line, but this person knew nothing a bout the hot tub or the guest WiFi password. She finally gave me the admin password and that was helpful. The place was clean at first look, but no hand soap in the master bath, coffee creamer on the counter was moldy and upon searching for an item under the couch, there was quite a thick layer of dust under there. We had 8 adults in the house and so expected sheets put out for the pull out couch. Sorry, not sorry that we broke into the storage closet to get sheets for our 8th guest. It felt like no one who really cared had seen to the property for awhile. Cleaning was just surface, and although there were clean towels on the beds, all of them were wet and needed more time in the dryer. We were able to take care of these little things, but we should not have had to do so. We did love the house, but these little things show a lack of care for paying guests.
