Very convenient to the highway, shopping, and food. Pretty easy to get to DFW also Only suggestion is cleaning people should check the toilets to make sure they are clean since the guest bath had been used and not flushed.

The house was lovely, with pretty much all the conveniences of home. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the fact that the house was only a few miles from our family. Thank you for everything!!

Stayed here for a wedding in Van Alstyne. Its close to highway and a lot of restaurants but far enough away from road that you cant hear the traffic. Walmart is close by. Would stay again.
