Nestled perfectly above N. Barrett Square, Park View offers a luxurious, newly renovated loft that exudes elegance and charm from the moment you step through the door. This is truly one of the most beautifully remodeled and decorated condos in Rosemary Beach.

The heart of this home is the expansive Quartz countertop kitchen island, which seamlessly connects the upgraded kitchen featuring top-of-the-line Wolf and Sub Zero appliances, custom cabinetry, and sleek new ceiling fans and lighting. New flooring throughout enhances the fresh, modern vibe.

Relax and unwind in the stunning living and dining areas, which have been thoughtfully reconfigured to create an open, inviting space. French doors lead to your private balcony, where you can enjoy sweeping views of the green and park area below – a prime spot for seasonal events and activities. People-watch from this peaceful retreat or simply soak in the serene atmosphere while enjoying a morning coffee or evening sunset.

Every detail in this home has been carefully curated by a professional designer to create a coastal, yet refined ambiance, combining comfort with a relaxed lifestyle.
