The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.

There is a gate at the neighborhood entrance. Push the red button for access.

Front door code will be sent to you 2 days prior to your booking date.

Guests are permitted access to the entire home, excluding a locked storage. You'll also have access to nearby activities, entertainment and sports, if you choose to purchase a Lifestyle ID and explore everything The Villages has to offer.

The Villages is a GOLF CART COMMUNITY!! There are parallel roads for golf carts only. The Villages has an app where you can find directions to anywhere with the golf cart paths. It is truly a fun experience. There are local vendors available to rent (with delivery) additional golf carts, if desired. It is truly a fun part of the experience.

-Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)
-Due to the deed and covenant restrictions no one under the age of 19 may reside in the house for more than 30 days.
-Door Code Provided 48 hours before check-in date
-Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.
-Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages.
-Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises at any time. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
-Pets: THIS IS A PET-FREE HOME - Absolutely no animals allowed on premises at any time. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
-Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these.
-Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem.
-No Golf Cart Provided. Make arrangements to have a rental golf cart reserved for your arrival! Golf cart rentals available nearby — delivered to the house for your stay.
