DETAILS: Beachfront Bungalow is a beautiful and pet-friendly beachfront home. Post hurricane updates include new furniture, appliances, roof, boardwalk and sundeck! All 3 bedrooms, including the 2 kings, have their own bathrooms. Located in the quiet Gulf Pines neighborhood near Cape San Blas, the home has a large, comfortably furnished screened-in porch and private walkway to the huge, lightly used beach.
All the home’s rooms are located on one floor, so no stairs to climb once inside!
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: (SLEEPS 10):
MAIN FLOOR:
- Guest Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo
- Guest Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo
- Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed and Twin-over-Twin Bunk Bed, Shared Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo
- Additional Sleeping Area: Queen Sleeper Sofa
*Your reservation includes $250 worth of beach gear which can be used to rent a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and more during your stay. Your $250 credit goes a long way!
*We are happy to welcome up to 2 small dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200. No activities with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.
*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs, not to exceed the weight limit of 35lbs, for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200, plus tax.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property’s access to the beach was excellent. Very nice accommodations! We will very likely come back again!

This is one of my favorite houses on Indian pass. It has really easy beach access, and a great screened porch. The only suggestions I have to make it better are to have more coffee mugs, there were only 4, and to install a dimmer on the dining room light. That’s it!

The bungalow was perfectly located in a quiet private neighborhood, foot steps to the beach. Upon arrival, the house was dirty. All the counters in the kitchen and bathrooms still had filth and toothpaste leftover from the previous guests. The house needs a deep clean. All the walls, doors, cabinets, all kitchen appliances had food and grime on them. The last thing I want to do on my vacation is clean a house I spent a lot of money renting. The main bathroom sink would not drain, and I had to call maintenance. They alleviated the issue but it was not a fix. The kitchen needs stocked with everyday essentials, lots of broken or missing items. Overall, the location was great but we would not rent this place again unless they did a deep cleaning of the whole house.
