Beautiful decorated basement flat with its own private entrance and patio in the very centre of Edinburgh on a quiet Georgian street tucked behind princes street. It is perfectly located to walk to most major attractions and literally a minutes walk from the tram and airport bus stop.

A lovely property with a real king sized bed. That is the first time we actually got a king sized bed even though the others advertised itQuiet street which was appreciated. We walked everywhere

For visitors who want to be able to walk all over Edinburgh, this location is perfect. The neighborhood is so pretty, and so close to transportation, restaurants and places to visit - whether you want a 1 mile day or a 7 mile day! Great quiet flat and we loved it!

Location. Everything we wanted yo do and see was walking distance. The house was exactly as described and immaculate.

Great location! Very quiet but a close walk to restaurants, transportation and sites. The apartment is set up nicely - the kitchen and living area are separate from the bedrooms for noise control. We were very comfortable and the shower is wonderful! The host was great to interact with. We had a lovely stay in this apartment.
