House Rules:
- Check-in time is from 4pm. Check-out is 11am.
- No smoking within the property, if smoking outside please dispose of used cigarettes respectfully.
- This apartment is in a residential block, please be considerate of neighbours. Please be aware that noise travels, especially when sitting on the terrace, so we ask that you respect the 11pm quiet time.
- Apartment may only be booked by guests aged 25 years and over.

Whilst we love animals the building is pet free in consideration for those with allergies.

We have parking facilities at the premises!

Can we use the property for our party?
Unfortunately not, the property is located in a quiet area and we’re very conscious of keeping our neighbours happy. They’re very friendly and respectful of us and so we ask our guests to extend that courtesy to our neighbours when they stay with us.
