This penthouse is located on the top-floor apartment on 7th floor with a stunning, uninterrupted panoramic views over the sea and old Antibes, extending from the Alpes in the North, over the old fort and ports, to the Cap d'Antibes in the South. The view will give you a taste of what old Antibes has to offer.
Conveniently located, less than 200 meters, you will find the Antibes old town with the old Provencal market and many shops to buy daily fresh food at the bakery, the butcher or the supermarket. It is within 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach "beach royale". It is 800 meters (8 minutes walk) from the Antibes main train station (ideally to go direct to Nice, Cannes or Monaco or to Cannes). There's also a huge range of cultural things to do and see,the Picasso museum being the most famous one which is located right in the centre of the old town, 5 minutes walk from the flat

I’m so conflicted. This apartment has so much to offer. The views are dramatic. The terrace is sensational. The interior design is very nice. The problem? Racially offensive graffiti (VRBO will not permit specifics) in the elevator (never removed during a 30-day stay), sewer gas coming up from one of the showers (never fixed), clothes dryer never worked and washer was broken for 10 days, outdoor grill didn’t start properly. So much was great. But the problems were frustrating.

The property was everything the listing advertised, and more. Each bedroom had direct access to a terrace, and the views were gorgeous. A representative was at the property for our check-in, and provided thorough information about the property. We felt supported throughout our stay, including arrangements for a taxi to the airport.

This place was a great location within walking distance to old Antibes and Juan les Pins. Nicely appointed, with two private baths and a wonderful terrace.
