The second floor includes the expansive master suite with king-size bed, an oversized walk-in closet, and spacious 5-piece ensuite bath with Jacuzzi tub, his and hers vanities, and large walk-in shower. The master also provides a private balcony off the back of the house overlooking a seasonal creek frequented by the local wildlife. Additionally, the second floor houses the second (king) and third (queen) bedrooms with abundant closet space, laundry room, and another 3-piece bath with a large walk-in shower.

The third floor provides the fourth private bedroom with a king bed, full bed, and ensuite bath. A second living room and twin-over-full bunk is available on the third floor as well. Perfect for the kids!
