Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Had to call the maintenance team two times. Freezer wasn’t working because it wouldn’t shut all the way. Second day we had no lights in bathroom due to breaker tripped. Plus all outlets only half worked. This place needs work. Wouldn’t stay here again

White Caps 202From the moment I walked in the door I was truly disappointed. The unit was smaller than the deceiving pictures. The ice machine was completely broken and I wasn’t able to even open up the full freezer drawer. The unit advertised cable TV. There was no cable TV; couldn’t even watch local news. Every single mattress in this unit feels like an air mattress with springs inside. All the furniture was pretend showroom furniture. Nothing about this condo screams comfort. Carpet in all bedrooms made it smell like dirty air. Speaking of comfort, you couldn’t even sit on the couch without it making spring noises and dipped into. The guest bathroom toilet when flushed, water almost rises to the top and then goes back down; Was concerned about a flood.Called liquid life to discuss my concerns. A couple hours later they sent 2 young gentlemen to look at everything inside the unit. They did in fact, find that the icemaker was completely broken. They also confirmed that there were no cable boxes. They did take pictures and said someone would be coming to fix the freezer icemaker, and bring a bag of ice for us but no one showed up. I had no ice the entire time I was there! The young gentleman did look at the toilet and said that it’s not gonna overflow and it’s fine however it continues to rise and fall. As for the mattresses, there was nothing they could do. I’ve paid a lot of money to enjoy my yearly beach vacation and I expect everything to be in working order.
