This house was perfect for our multi-generational family. The living room was spacious & the bedrooms were comfortable. The master bedroom was quite large & spacious. Our host, Tye, was very good at communicating with us & even allowed us to check in a little early which we really appreciated after our long drive. Would definitely stay here again!

Was very simple to find. 6 in the group, more than enough room for all. Was very clean and comfortable! Would stay there again in a heart beat .

This is an excellent and well-maintained home in rural Colorado! I'd highly recommend to anyone traveling in the area.

Overall it was a nice roomy place for us to stay at for our son’s wedding in Kiowa. The host was so very responsive and friendly. We would rent here again in a heartbeat! Based on other properties that we have rented, there were just a few things, that in our opinions, need some improvement or advance notice on — Stocking of some essential pantry staples - including salt & pepper. (Someone’s half eaten bag of chips in the cupboard didn’t count. lol) TP in all of three bathrooms - we just ran across the field to the Dollar General and bought some. Dishwasher soap - there was only one loose pod under the sink, so we had to save all the dirty dishes for the end of our stay and hand wash what didn’t fit for checkout. Paper products in general - no spare paper towels, no napkins, and not a tissue in the place. One warning — Simla is a speed trap town! (re: Jason Isbell song.) We literally saw 8 people pulled over in front of the house in the first couple hours after we arrived!
