Enjoyed view of Lake Michigan and the three season porch. Also the quietness of the neighborhood and spacious bedrooms.Had an issue with a smoke detector and the thermostat upon arrival. Thanks to Nick who promptly came out and worked both issues in a professional manner.Note to host. Appreciate you getting Nick to the property. However your first email response about the above issues was that they were both working before our arrival and wondering what we may have done to cause the problems. Instead please just reassure your guests that you acknowledge the issues and are sending someone to resolve them.

Nice property! Weather dampened our use of the hot tub and pool, but would be great to use during peak months! Plenty of room to spread out. Really enjoyed the sun room and large dining table, as those were our go-to places to hang out as a family and take in the views or play cards.

Enjoyed the amenities and still didn't cover them all. Also enjoyed the beach

The listing mentions a strict 3 car parking space for the property, so prior to booking, I asked about being able to accommodate 2 large SUVs and a full-sized truck with extended cab and was told that would not be a problem. When we arrived, there was a giant trailer parked in the driveway and absolutely no way to get all of our vehicles in the driveway/ off the street. When I messaged the property management, I was told there was nothing they could do about the trailer and to park our cars at the public beach and shuttle back and forth. This was their only “solution” even after I said I had members of the party who had physical limitations.
