A short distance from a water park, sailing, and more, this beach villa lets you experience it all. There's convenient covered onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and head out to Rena Bianca Beach and Longonsardo Tower, just a short walk away.

Relax on the deck or patio (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) of this 1076-sq-ft villa, which also offers a BBQ grill. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom rental features a dining area and air conditioning. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a bidet, and towels. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll also have access to laundry facilities.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is situated perfectly between the busy town and the beach. For older children very well situated as they can go on their own to either town or beach. The house itself was very comfortable and clean and well equipes with anything you could need. Some small things need to be finished such as some lamps and the balcony, which would be a little dangerous for small children. The only annoying thing was the need to make reservations for the beach in advance (also the public beach. When we arrived we could not go that beach in five days! There are many beaches around Santa Teresa but parking space was scarce. We advise the owners of the house to send future guests the QR code for the beach in advance.
