This was ideal for a couple travelling lightly. After being on a tour for two weeks, we were looking forward to unpacking; but there were no drawers or cabinets so had to use our suitcases. It was very clean. We were just two blocks from the train station and metro stop, which we used daily to get around Paris, which made it convenient. It is located in a multi-cultural neighborhood out from the center of the city. It was in an interior courtyard so was very quiet even though it was on a busy street. The host was waiting for us over an hour due to rain and traffic to open the studio apartment and give us the keys. We appreciated her being there and us not having to wait. She was helpful giving us info for various things. Since there is no AC, summer heat might be harder, although we were fine with the fan provided. It was very suitable for us, especially since we were sightseeing every day and had a nice place to which to come back.

Comfortable ground level studio with all necessities available. I especially enjoyed water pressure in sink and shower, and the towels were wonderfully fluffy!

We had to wait a little extra time for check in, but otherwise the stay was perfect. Such a beautiful unit and it was near the metro, good coffee and lots of food. Extras like coffee pods and a comfy bed… we would definitely stay again!

The overall space was plesant and clean and as for the location, the apartment is at a 2 minutes walk from la Gare du Nord and close to markets. There is also an amazing bulangerie around the corner. To be aware of: metro can be heard until late in the evening so if you are a light-sleeper, bring earplugs. You will need to buy your own soaps and toilet paper as they provide you with enough for the first day only.The comunication with the agency was the worst part. No answers for weeks, not picking up the phone to the Vrbo team either, no response to emails. Check in instructions arrived only a few hours prior to my check-in.
