Welcome to The Spot, your perfect Pocono getaway in Wallenpaupack Lake Estates! This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers plenty of room to relax, reconnect, and have some fun.
The bright, updated main living area features a comfortable open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and inviting living room—perfect for gathering after a day of exploring the Poconos. Comfortable bedrooms provide plenty of sleeping space, while the upper-level bedroom offers a cozy retreat with access to a private balcony overlooking the surrounding woods.
Head downstairs to the finished basement, where the fun really begins. Challenge your crew to a game of pool or darts, kick back in the comfortable lounge area, or settle in for a movie on the large TV. The colorful graffiti-style feature wall gives the space a fun, one-of-a-kind vibe.
Outside, enjoy the peaceful wooded setting, gather around the fire pit, or simply unwind and keep an eye out for the local deer wandering through.
Located in Wallenpaupack Lake Estates, The Spot puts you right in the heart of a private lake community with access to community amenities while keeping you close to Lake Wallenpaupack and everything the Pocono Mountains have to offer.

****Please Note: This home is located in a private community which is patrolled by 24-hour public safety. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 5 cars allowed in the driveway. If you are having day guests, you must notify the property manager in advance. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.****
