Blue Sage No. 8 has a spacious layout accentuated by a daring architectural feature — a diagonal ridge. The kitchen is well-appointed with all necessities. There is a dining area just off the living room which features an arched reading nook with twinkle lights. Off the living room find a large deck with expansive views, and a crow`s nest that wraps around a huge Texas Red Oak that succumbed to the freeze of 2021. The bathroom has a flush toilet, vanity with mirror, walk-in shower, and heated tile floors. Up the stairs is a large lofted bedroom with a King bed, a 6-foot ensuite soak tub, and views to the Texas horizon.
