The Space:
Welcome to this modern 80 m² 3-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Charlotte Street in the heart of Fitzrovia. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed, Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed, Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed and 1 double bed. The apartment has a full en-suite bathroom in Bedroom 1 with a shower/bathtub, and a second full bathroom accessible via the hallway.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, drip DeLonghi coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has floor heating (electric thermostat) and individual radiators throughout the cooler months.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 10 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.
Guest Access:
The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on London and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.

Fitzrovia is known for its independent restaurants, creative agencies, and lively Charlotte Street dining scene. Soho, immediately to the south, is London’s entertainment heart, packed with theatres, bars, restaurants, and an eclectic mix of people at all hours. Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, and Goodge Street underground stations are all within minutes, giving superb connections across the city.

What a fabulous location. We loved the immediate area and it was also easy to access buses or the tube to explore other parts of London. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. It easily accommodated the 4 of us. We did not want to leave and hope to return again soon! We would absolutely rent this apartment again. Thank you!

This was a very decent apartment in a good area. We enjoyed wandering Fitzrovia, which reminded us a little of Greenwich Village in NYC. The only problem, and it wasn't really a problem but more of an inconvenience, was retrieval and return of the keys, which took place at a little shop several blocks from the apartment. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Location! Walkable to many attractions, close to several tube stations and numerous shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Clean, bright, sunny space with nice bathrooms and good kitchen facilities, great for our family of 5 with 3 teens. Instructions were provided for appliances, but it was tricky to figure out the washer/dryer. We had to pick up the keys at a different location that was a 10-15 min walk away, would have been more convenient to have the keys onsite in a lockbox, or have a combination to enter. The door lock was tricky to figure out but once we knew what to do it was fine. Although a couple of blocks off the main street there was a lot of outside noise that came through the windows, especially the trash truck that comes in the middle of the night. Over all a really nice place with ample space, very updated, great location. Would recommend without hesitation!

Place itself is great. Rather noisy. Communication not good, took days to respond. Very late returning deposit. Not returned when promised.
