2. No Partying or Smoking: Partying and smoking are strictly prohibited on the premises at all times.
3. Financial Responsibility for Damages: Guests will be held financially responsible for any damages inflicted upon the property or for any items that are damaged or missing.
4. Damage Reporting: Accidents happen. Should any damages occur, we request that you inform us immediately.
5. No Pets Allowed: Pets are not permitted on the property.
6. Guest Restrictions: Access to the unit is limited to authorized guests only, unless prior approval is obtained.
7. Security Cameras and Noise Monitoring: To ensure guest safety, we've installed security cameras in public areas like hallways and added a noise detector in the apartment.
8. Neighborhood Courtesy and Quiet Hours: Be considerate of your neighbors by refraining from making loud noises after 10:00 PM. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM.
9. Linen Care: We ask that you keep all bed sheets, linens, and towels clean. Any items found to be damaged, stained, or otherwise requiring replacement will be charged at retail price.
10. Energy Conservation: Please ensure all electronic devices such as the TV, lights, fans, AC/heating units, etc., are turned off upon checkout.
11. Checkout Policy: Guests must depart by their scheduled checkout time. Delays that impede our housekeeping staff may result in additional fees.

Great location, safe & very close to center city nearby restaurants. Entryway secured with electronically operated lock. The unit was very clean with shiny new appliances, full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, drip coffee maker (coffee provided), and washer/dryer (very handy! with detergent!). The bed was very comfortable with a soft duvet & plenty of pillows. Ironing board with iron very helpful. It was cozy for the 2 of us with bar seating. Unit was separated from others so we did not have any issues with noise. Neighborhood generally quiet (not adjacent to any loud bars). Check in was easy (host messaged us location, code for the entry door & our front door). All electronic so no clumsy key handoffs needed. Shower was very roomy with multiple heads. Host responded very quickly to our concerns or questions. Only downside was that it was on the 3rd floor walkup with narrow stairs, I think typical of many Philly builings (difficult if you have a lot of heavy luggage). Overall, great experience: clean, comfortable, great value, great location, very accommodating host. We would return if we were in the area.

The apartment is perfect for 1 - was very clean, the bed was comfortable and it is centrally located in a safe neighborhood. It was also quiet even though the apt is on the first floor. The only minor issue I had was with the shower, it was a bit tricky to figure out (not a big deal and I got it) and at times it had to wait for hot water.
