What a wonderful surprise! This is a delightful property in a wonderful little fantasy neighborhood. All of the little details were spot on. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

This house was perfectly curated to match the theme. We felt like we were in The Lord of the Rings universe. Everything, down to the minute details were perfect.

The house was so stinking cute! My kiddos loved the everything about the decor and they are 13, 11 and 6. Everything was perfectly clean, stocked and in working order. The location being close to everything but far enough to be away from traffic was perfect! We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time at Howard’s Hollow. The house was very clean, full kitchen with everything we needed for the week. The beds were very comfortable and my kids loved the bunk beds. The house fit the theme of the Shire perfectly. We would definitely stay here again.
