This gated tropical resort is the perfect location for families that want to be close to Disney and all of the Orlando theme parks. This updated end unit is very spacious and just a 2 minute walk to the clubhouse/water complex, fitness center, golf and restaurant. Only 8 miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom entrance, and minutes away from all Orlando's theme park. This gated resort destination has full service resort amenities, The resort's Clubhouse offers 24-hour guest reception, marketplace with grocery items, concierge services to secure Disney World tickets and many other family activities and attractions in the area. Stay connected while on vacation using the business center offering high speed internet access and free WIFI and also in the home for your comfort. IMPORTANT! There is a resort fee of $20 +tax per day (not per person), which must be paid to the resort at check in, The fee is $11/day/ for 25 days or more from Nov. 1 through the end of March. The resort fee gives you access to all of the amenities, including, pool towels,

When you stay at this resort you have complete access to our swimming complex which includes 3 heated Pools, Lazy River and Water Slide. The Pools are heated all year round to a temperature above 78°F using Geothermal Energy, even on the coldest winter day. A 30 X 70 pool is now opened and ready to enjoy. Zero Entry Pool for our Younger Guests is ideal for the smaller ones in the family, allowing them to splash and enjoy the fun. The Outdoor Jacuzzi is heated using Geothermal Energy to 104°F so you can comfortably get into your swimsuit and enjoy Florida vacation home even during the Winter Holidays. There is so much fun at the Regal Palms, such as Movie night, entertainment, games, and opened until 11pm. Great way to end the day!
Publix Grocery Store, Applebee's Grill & Bar, Pizzeria, British Pub , Bank, ATM, Drugstore, Gas Station, Starbucks, Ice Cream Italian Restaurant, Jersey Mike's are only a quarter mile away. The Walmart Supercentre is 3 miles away. The Orlando Premium Designer Outlet is a must to shop and there is shopping and dining just minutes away. The Highlands Reserve Golf Course is across the street from the Regal Palms Resort.
The resort is located near so much, but away from the hustle and bustle. Only 8 miles from Disney and centrally located to all area attractions. The East and West Coast beaches are a short drive (1hr,15m).
The spa that is located within the main Resort Complex, featuring a wide variety of cardiovascular equipment including life cycles, cross trainers, treadmills and strength training. So nice to time to visit to our sauna, steam room and whirlpool that will relax you.

The property was wonderful... Laura, the owner, was quick to answer any questions we had and everything was fantastic in terms of her home. The resort area (pool and lazy river) was beautiful and well-maintained. My one small complaint is that they didn't have inner tubes available as part of the resort fee Those were an extra charge to rent, but we bought tubes at Wal-Mart and used them instead. We've never encountered that at a resort before, so it was a bit of a surprise. But besides that, we really enjoyed our time there and loved our home away from home for the week. I would highly recommend it!

This property is clean and convenient to everything. We enjoyed the home, plenty of space for everyone. The pool was nice with plenty of seating. Thank you!

The two screen porches were our favorite places to hang out. From watching the cars go by with our grandsons to having our morning coffee and talking to the two squirrels who came to visit every day, the porches gave us a place to gather and relax with our loved ones. Having two king beds in the unit was much appreciated. Then there’s the two pools and the lazy river. Wow! Just wow! Will definitely go back to Regal Palms.

The unit was perfect, but the amenities were not all available. Ticket sales agent was never at the counter, but they are not a part of the resort
