The villa has a dock where you can tie a rental boat. With direct sailboat access, there are no bridges and it will only take 5 minutes until you're out on the river on open water.
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A spacious TV area, a separate lounge area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a BBQ grill. The lanai area has both a lounge area and a dining area. Down on the dock, you can enjoy the view and sunshine on the sun lounges.

We spent a wonderful two months at Robin’s Nest! The house is nicely appointed and very comfortable. The fully screened lanai is large and to us, is a highlight of this home. It is where we and our family enjoyed lots of our time. The inside of the home is in reality as is shown in the photos. The neighborhood is quiet with well-cared-for homes. Grocery, other shopping and restaurant choices are many and convenient. We experienced amazing times on the water, from the backyard dock boating to Sanibel. The property management company, Vacanza Rentals, was very responsive and a pleasure to interact with. A delightful experience! We’re looking forward to our return!

I wanted a place near my grandchildren for the week and it was perfect. Will return again.

Great property and location. Quiet location allowed us to work remote and still have easy access to some great restaurants in downtown Cape Coral and Fort Meyers. We had to fly several times over our two month stay and the 30 minute drive to the airport was very manageable.
