The property was lovely. It was easy to find, extremely convenient to Fairfield University (we were attending graduation) and was in a great location. Communication with Jeff was exemplary - he is extremely responsive and gracious. I would highly recommend Jeff and would definitely rent from him again if I were in the area.

Its a bit tired. Last there 2 years ago. It does need updating for the price we paid in the off season.
