Step onto the beach from your own living room! Coolibah villa is a luxury beachfront townhouse in a prestigious gated and family friendly community located in Nassau, The Bahamas.

• Oversized beach deck with beach lounge chairs and furniture on beach deck- We extended your outdoor beach living areas!
• Walk out directly onto beach deck, and white sandy beach from your own living room!
• Free residents large swimming pool just 30 steps away!
• Outdoor dining table and chairs
• Indoor dining table and chairs for 8 guests
• Modern counter stools in kitchen
• Outdoor BBQ for guests use
• Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher
• Filtered water tap on kitchen island for safe drinking water
• Fully equipped kitchen with utensils, plates, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, cooking pots, coffee percolator, toaster
• All linens and bath / beach towel provided
• This is a self-catering unit, however if you need housekeeping services, please let us know as this is at an additional charge
• Chef services available! If you want a treat, Chef will buy the groceries, prepare a delicious meal, and will also clean up! We will send you Chef's direct contact so he can send you his menus and ideas! You can pay him directly.
• Palm Cay has tennis court, Pickle ball court, mini golf putt, children's playground
• Check with the Palm Cay Welcome center if you would like to join their membership - fees apply and operated by Palm Cay.
• Solomon's Supermarket is only a 3 minute drive away.
• Golf Cart rental available - however best to rent this before you get on island! You can take this golf cart to Solomon's supermarket. If interested, let us know and we send you direct contact information.
Coolibah villa is 2,200 square foot on 3 floors of luxury offering several amenities that will make your stay more comfortable and pleasurable, including free wi-fi internet and a beautiful beach with snorkeling.
Coolibah villa is air conditioned throughout with central ducted air conditioning.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom. Step out to the balcony that looks over a beautiful pristine white sand beach and the famous Bahamian waters.
There is a second bedroom on the same level and is furnished with 2 single beds. It has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The third bedroom on the top floor is furnished with a queen-sized bed and also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom has a beautiful balcony that offers wide views of the beach and the sea. The fourth bedroom is located on the top floor and has a queen bed, sharing the en-suite bathroom with bedroom 3.
The downstairs floor has a powder room.
The complimentary swimming pool at Coolibah Villa (Starfish Isles residents pool) is only a few steps away. Between block 2 and 3 at Starfish Isle is free for your use!
The kitchen is fully-equipped. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Guests at Coolibah Villa can simply take a short stroll to the club house and enjoy meals or a drink. Since 2018, there is an optional extra fee charged by Palm Cay Club for access to the club amenities. Please visit the Welcome Center for further details when on site. Payment of the fee will entitle your group to use the club amenities including the member's beach and the member's pool. You can of course use the Starfish Isle beach and pool at any time, the tennis courts, children’s playground, restaurants, café, boutique shop, spa and boat charters without paying this extra fee to Palm Cay.
As you are directly on the beach you may not require this option, but some may like to make use of it.
The marina offers several water-based activities, such as charter tours, boat rentals, snorkeling and much more.
Located 30 minute drive from Nassau's international airport and within 10 minutes from downtown Nassau and paradise island. Arrangements for airport pick up to and from the airport can also be made for guests at the time of the booking.

Location was perfect for a quiet girl’s trip. The condo is steps from the beach which was our number one priority. Mike was a fabulous host! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is right on the beach, which made it incredibly convenient and relaxing. Mike was an excellent host. He was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had throughout our stay.The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The pool on the property was great, and while there is an option to pay an additional fee for access to the members-only beach and pool, we didn’t feel the need since the beach directly in front of the property was perfect.There is also a small market and restaurant on-site, which made grabbing essentials and meals very easy. Overall, a fantastic beachfront stay, and we would definitely return!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this property and Mike who we booked with. To walk out the the back door and 10 steps off the back deck to be on the beach looking at the beautiful Caribbean water is nothing short of magical. The property was very up to date and clean. All the kitchen amenities, half bath, laundry, kitchen table and living area on the first floor made it perfect for the active common space and backdoor beach access. 2nd floor had the master and a great kids room both with their own full bathrooms and the 3rd floor two more great rooms and shared full bathroom. Mike was super responsive and made check in and out a breeze. He had so many good recommendations from take out options, to restaurants, to grocery and liquor store and was always quick to answer any questions we might have. Palm Cay itself is also a hidden gem. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the cruise and resort/hotel area to make for the perfect beach get away. Multiple pool options which were great for our two young kids to switch back and forth between with the beach/ocean. We will for sure book again with Mike next time we visit the Bahamas!
