The holiday apartment "Penthouse with private pool" is located in Malaga and boasts a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. This 80 m² property consists of 2 floors and has a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
Very large private roof terrace with private splash pool, the roof terrace is accessible via a spiral stair case. The measurements of the roof terrace is about 150 sq meters, in addition to the apartment which is about 80 sq metres.
The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a balcony that offers fantastic sea views. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool (open all year round).
Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed.

Great stay!

We were supposed to come in right when the very first hurricane hit San Diego! The owner was communicative and let us know the status of the area so we knew we weren’t flying into a flooded disaster. We had one small issue with a missing tv remote and the handyman showed up with a replacement remote within the hour! The outside backyard area was a bit dirty but there was a tropical storm that had blown through the day before so I’ll give this piece a pass but this was not a useable space for us. The inside, however, was immaculate.
The owner provided garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry detergent, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and dishwasher soap. This was definitely helpful for us traveling by plane and would undoubtedly have to throw out anything like this that we purchased.
AC unit in the main area and window unit in the back room with the twin beds helped to keep the place cool.
I would suggest renting an SUV or car that doesn’t not ride low to the ground. The driveway is incredibly steep and without a doubt will be tricky with a low riding car like a mini van or sports car.

I needed a spot near San Diego for the weekend, and needed to work on Friday. Couldnt have asked for a better place to stay, and the beds were very comfortable. Great location, good price, fast wifi, and comfy beds for the win!

The house was very comfortable! It's just like the description and pictures show. It is centrally located. The community was quiet. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay.
