We had a great visit ! The house was perfect for our family gathering for the 4th of July. The view from the deck was my favorite. The house had everything we needed and great location.

Great house! Nice area and a comfortable place for us to come home to after our adventures in the day. We used the fire pit, hot tub and games everyday. The kitchen had everything we needed. Two families and plenty of room throughout the house! Would stay again!

We loved staying at Red Oak Ranch for our vacation. We had 3 different families staying in the house and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. There are 2 of everything in the kitchen and lots of entertainment for the kids and adults. There is plenty of parking and the portico was great for loading and unloading. The views of the Smokies were top notch from both the front of the house and the back and the glider rockers on the porches were perfect for morning coffee!
