Also known as "Eel Advised", Unit 203 at D Sands is a 2nd floor family suite for 6. Enjoy the amazing ocean views from the living room or balcony, and save some money with the full kitchen stocked for your convenience. The bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the living room has a queen murphy bed as well, giving everyone plenty of space. Located in the heart of Lincoln City, there's plenty to do! Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.
This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

This unit offers a stunning view and super easy access to the beach! For noise-sensitive travelers/pets, this unit might not be the best fit. There is lots of road noise in the bedroom and you can definitely hear your upstairs neighbors.

Was an amazing place to stay. Right on the beach. The pool was freezing and too cold to swim but the hot tub was nice. We will come back again.

We chose ell advised mainly because of the Murphy's bed, when we pulled it down there was dirt all over the frame and box spring. It was disgusting. The shower floods the floor by the toilet no matter how careful you are. No pot holders in kitchen, toxic black plastic cooking utensils. Pan selection was very limited.
