This property is located just over the Delaware line in a quiet and peaceful pocket of North Ocean City. The house was built in 2018, everything is brand new. Located just a couple blocks from the beach the property has a modern, state of the art design with hardwood floors throughout, consisting of 3 bedrooms on the first floor and a large loft on the second floor. The house sleeps approximately 10-12 perfect for family/friend gatherings. Enjoy the park with a playground, Pickleball and Tennis courts right on your street! No senior week, no parties. Linens and towels are not provided but can be for additional cost.

What a wonderful place. Perfect location from the beach. Quiet, freindly neighborhood. Family already asking when can we stay again. Screened in porch was great at night to relax. Plenty of room and space . A
