Condo has queen size bed and sleeper chair in front room and full bed in back room. Condo always uses new clean linens and bedspreads on the memory foam matreeses and pillows along with frequently updated brand new bath mats and towels and beach towels as well.

Sometimes there are manta rays and monk seals. The bay is protected by a reef so no worries about predators from the sea. The unit is comfortable and quiet and clean and we make changes to improve the place regularly and make us better hosts. There’s a large grass area with swaying palm trees and the grass is like carpet with lawn chairs and picnic tables and umbrella tables too. It’s like heaven and we look forward to spending time there whenever we can and can’t wait to go back there ourselves as its our happy place. Also We have a new bigger AC as of today. The beachfront is paradise and the unit is clean and comfy.
