The location was perfect. Everything within 10 to 15 minute walk. Furniture was comfortable. We had couple minor issues and management was quick to answer and fix (fan not working and sink tap started leaking). The only concern was noice from bars but this is disclosed in VRBO add. They delivered water for us on request which was added bonus. Laundry just outside main doors were fast to wash dry fold and return.
