Nice and quiet area. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is a lil sparse in cookware and washing machine is tiny but works. The tenant in duplex is friendly. Sitting area in the backyard is nice place with resident raccoon looking for snacks. We called him Ricky.

The location was perfect for our visit with family who live nearby. Plus it was a nice quiet neighborhood close to two grocery stores a pleasant walk away. Loved having a kitchen so we could fix our own meals.
