This home is in a cul-de-sac, surrounded by a golf course and million dollar homes in a safe & quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants, shopping and freeways. The owner was responsive when issues came up during our stay. There was bottled water in the fridge when we arrived which was nice. Eateries within a mile. A/C worked well. We have stayed at numerous rentals while vacationing and this place was by far not what we have experienced before. kitchen counters were dirty, second bedroom had numerous dust bunnies on the floor. The place needs deep cleaning. It took almost a week to get the pool clear enough to feel like we could get in. We won’t be returning to this house again.
