Please be aware that this apartment is situated above a bar, which may operate late on Friday and Saturday nights, particularly during the college season. Guests should anticipate potential noise.

This apartment is available for Oktoberfest 2026, from September 24th to 27th. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total reservation cost is required within 3 days of booking. No exceptions will be made.
