A beautiful decorated, restful, clean cottage. A home away from home with everything you need. You will enjoy watching the beautiful sunsets and then sit by the bonfire under a blanket of stars. There is a golf courses within six miles , also the kiddies will enjoy the miniature golf in Caseville, ice cream shops, beautiful county park beach, and many other fun things to do. The county park 5 miles away offers a beautiful sandy beach.
Fully furnished, clean, and ready for relaxing all you need is your suitcase and groceries
Fully stocked kitchen with dishes & appliances.
Towels and linens provided. The rental is thoroughly cleaned, surfaces wiped down and linens are sanitized thoroughly after every stay.
Nice large living room with 3 couches A flat screen tv along with DVD player
Spacious bedrooms 2 with comfortable twin size beds and 1 with a queen size bed.
Beautiful beach on the property.
Cheeseburger festival -Ribstock -Caseville County Park Kayaking -Port Austin Farmers Market or shopping downtown -fishing-cycling-saling-swimming.
Comfortable patio with propane grill & fire pit to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
Close to Pigeon, Sebewaing or Bad Axe, so whether your in the area for work or pleasure this is a great place to stay.

NO SMOKING INSIDE RENTAL- BUT SMOKING IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE.
Off Season I would be glad to rent long term. It would be available for long term renting. Inquire about long term discounts.

The place was super easy to find and to get into. It's very cozy and has the most amazing view of the beach! The silence around was very enjoyable and peaceful. We are looking forward to coming back again soon. Pigeon, MI, is a beautiful town!

The host was great and responsive. Beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. We loved being outside, enjoying the water and the scenery. I suggest spraying to rid of the ridiculous amount of spiders that were inside and outside. It was more like an infestation. Cleaning the floors better before guest arrive, there was a lot of whitish fur on the floors & fans. Maybe providing a welcome book/binder with all information like wifi access, clean up, do’s/don’ts, if washer/dryer is available for guest. Let guest know to bring their own beach items if not provided. Have pamphlets of things to do, a list of updated activities in Caseville or surrounding areas. If they have a fire in the pit next to the house have the water on outside and available for quick actions like putting out the fire or even washing the sand off ones legs/feet to not track it inside. Also, maybe not leave 3 used bars of soap in bathroom and 1/4 roll left of toilet paper, and little to no handwashing soap left in the container. I wish i could give more stars but the having to sweep when we first arrived and constantly after, the little information provided, some windows not being able to open, fans that were little help in the heat, the spiders. The place definitely has potential and could be amazing with just some small changes. Overall, our stay wasn’t bad but wasn’t great either. The water and scenery and quietness made it worth it though.
