Includes private amenities such as a fire pit, ping pong table, and several children's outdoor activities (see the features list below). This family friendly town-home is the perfect accommodations for families, teams, and other groups looking to enjoy southern Utah!

• Room 3: 2 twin over full bunks (sleeps 6)
• Living Room: queen air mattresses + 2 roll-away cots (sleeps 4)

Overall the place was good.
There were a few issues with things not cleaned when we got there, and just overall it needed a good deep cleaning.
The pool areas were fun. The kids loved them. The lighting to the pool and at the pool is sparse so you will need a light of some sort if you go after dark.
The location was perfect for our needs.
