Situated in the exclusive Carré d’Or area of Nice, just steps from the Promenade des Anglais and the iconic Hotel Negresco, this residence offers a perfect combination of comfort and convenience with its unbeatable location near restaurants, shops, and the beach.
The apartment has a bright and spacious layout, including a large living/dining area seamlessly connected to the modern, fully equipped kitchen.
The dining table comfortably seats up to eight people. There are two bedrooms with double beds (180cm), there is a bathroom and WC plus a separate bathroom and an additional guest toilet add to the convenience.
Located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, this apartment is ideal for both short and long stays.
The apartment is close to everything you could need – the beach, shops, cafés, cinemas, public transport, the train station, and the airport (just 15 minutes away). Here, you’ll enjoy a central location with the tranquility of a peaceful environment.

Beautiful modern apartment in a very good location close to the Promenade des Anglais and a short walk to the main restaurant area. 2nd floor with an elevator, the apartment and the building have excellent security. 2 quiet bedrooms with comfortable king beds and lots of closet space. Instant hot water in the showers. We enjoyed a very comfortable one month stay in this apartment. Thanks to our host, Viveka.

We loved it to a point where we want to come back next year! The photos are great but the apartment in person looks even better. It is great for families and super convenient with literally a few steps to the Promenade des anglais and a 10min walk to the tram and TER. We will be back!

We stayed just short of two months. Great location close to all shopping, train station, street car, and half block from the beach. The apartment was very clean, a good kitchen to cook our meals, good shower, washing machine excellent. Our host was always very quick to help. All in all a great stay. We hope to return.
