The first floor welcomes you with a light and bright entryway that sets the tone for the rest of the residence. This floor offers a guest bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom that is perfect for those needing a little extra space. There is a laundry room on this floor.

The second floor, the heart of the home, captures you from the wooden beams on the ceiling, luxurious furnishings, and beautiful views of the water. The living room provides an ample amount of comfortable seating for the family. The stylish dining table offers seating for 12 with additional bar stool seating. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances that are top of the line. The sliding glass doors allow for the natural light to fill the space and unobstructed views of the private pool (which can be heated for $65/day). The master bedroom is located on this floor and features a king sized bed and a huge en-suite bathroom with a walk in closet, double vanities, soaking tub, and a walk in shower.

The third floor features a sitting area that is beautifully designed and has a tv and beverage refrigerator. There are three guest bedrooms on this floor. All bedrooms have king size beds, private bathrooms with walk-in showers, and balconies that provide stunning views of the water and 30A!

The fourth floor has a secondary master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is an additional bedroom on this floor that has two twin over twin bunk beds and has a private bathroom.

- *Elevator usage is not available for guests unless it is needed by an elderly or handicapped individual. Please contact Dune Vacation Rentals prior to the arrival date for such arrangements.
- Parking for 3 vehicles.
- No events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges.

Pool/Spa: This home may have a private pool and/or spa. Seasonal pool/spa heating is available upon request for $65/day plus tax. These cannot be heated separately as the water flows from the spa into the pool. If one is heated, they are both heated. Maximum temp for Pool is 90 degrees. Maximum temp for spa is 100 degrees. Pool and/or spa heat is not available during the warmer months from Memorial Day to September 30th.

Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
