My family's go-to place to stay when we need to be in Rolleston! Clean, warm, quiet, and comfortable.

Excellent well appointed property. Very clean and added food extras of bread, milk, snacks etc was lovely. Very spacious. Property in a very handy location to shops and eateries. Only downside was the bed was very hard so not the best sleep we've ever had. Apart from that, if you like a hard bed, a clean spacious and tidy lodging handy to amenities, this is for you.
