Property composed of main house and outbuilding, outside the resort Roquebrune sur Argens, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, in the residential district, traffic calmed area, in the countryside. Private: natural garden 1 ha (fenced), swimming pool angular, heated, with privacy (12 x 6 m, depth 60 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.) with shutter cover and alarm system. Outdoor shower, pool house, terrace (170 m2), barbecue. In the house: burglar alarm system. Room cleaning weekly on request (extra). Shop 3 km, bus stop "Roquebrune Village" 2 km, railway station "Fréjus" 20 km, sandy beach "Plage de Saint Aygulf" 15 km pebble beach "Calanque des Louvans" 14 km, park "Areca" 14 km, thermal baths "Thalasso de Port Fréjus" 20 km, lake Lac de l'Arèna 3 km. This is our second visit to this villa as we loved it so much the first time. The villa is spotlessly clean and the facilities are excellent - you have every possible utensil you could need in the kitchen, the pool is whatever temperature you would like it and there is plenty of seating. The owner is so very accommodating and supportive for anything you need but not intrusive at all, even cleans the pools early mornings so you never see him if you don't wish. We will be back - I hope!

Villa Les Toscanes is an absolutely wonderful place to enjoy your vacation: Location in the peace of nature with amazing view from the terrace and the dining table, a swimming-pool surrounded by a beautiful and exotic garden, enough space for everyone, and everything so clean and welcoming! We really enjoyed our week at the villa and in the Roquebrune-sur-Argens area. We encountered excellent hospitality from the owner of the villa and everywhere. We can warmly recommend & would come back again!

Dit is de tweede maal dat we deze villa hebben gehuurd. Ideaal voor een vakantie met familie, voldoende ruimte, groot zwembad, adembenemend uitzicht, goed internet, goed uitgeruste keuken.
